KongresKompagniet has made preliminary hotel reservations in different categories in the city centre. Please state your preferences on the registration form. In order to obtain the specified prices, reservation must be made through KongresKompagniet. The hotels are booked on a first-come first-served basis. Payment for accommodation must be made directly to the hotel upon departure.

KongresKompagniet will send you a confirmation of your reservation in May 2012. Please bring the receipt and present it at the hotel front desk.
