All participants are required to register for the conference. Please register online.
Early bird fees are available until 30 April, 2012.

Participants are requested to register within a month of abstract acceptance notification.
Registration after 30 April will be considered regular registration and can be made
both online and on-site.

Welcome reception
The welcome reception is held at the ARoS art museum on Wednesday 27, 19.30-21.
The city hall of Aarhus will be hosting the reception, and a light snack and wine
will be served.
Recently, the Danish/Icelandic artist, Olafur Eliasson's spectacular artwork - Your
rainbow panorama - was installed on the roof of ARoS. During the reception, thanks
to the city hall, participants will have access to both the museum and the rainbow
(www.aros.dk).
Participation is included in the registration fee, but please book at online registration.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held at Centralværkstedet that offers modern gastronomy. The restaurant
is situated close to the harbour (www.centralvaerkstedet.dk,
Værkmestergade 9, 8000 Aarhus C).
The dinner costs 75 €. Please book the dinner on the registration form.
Confirmation
KongresKompagniet will send you a confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. Please bring along these receipts for presentation at the registration desk / hotel reception. All receipts and confirmations for early registrations will be sent out in May 2012.
Payment
Payment must be made by credit card, bank transfer or by cheque drawn on “Danske Bank”. Credit card and bank transfer charges are paid by the participant. Please note that a fee of app. 3,75% will be added to your payment if you pay by credit card. If you choose to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please state your name and address and “EACLPP-ECPR”.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be in writing to KongresKompagniet. In case of cancellation no later than 30 May 2012, the full amount less a cancellation fee of 50 € will be refunded. In case of cancellation after 30 May 2012, no refund will be made. Refund claims must include name of bank, bank address, IBAN, SWIFT / BIC code, account number and name of the account holder for money transfers. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
